Who we are

Plant Based Concept and this website are operated by Plantonova Foods Pvt Ltd, Nagpur, Maharashtra. FSSAI Lic. No. 21525056004135. By shopping with us you agree to these terms — we’ve kept them in plain language on purpose.

Our products are foods

Everything we sell is a food, not a medicine. Not for medicinal use — you’ll find this on every pack. If you’re on medication, pregnant or nursing, please consult a physician before use. What we write on this site is about food and everyday eating — it isn’t medical advice.

Prices and orders

All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include taxes. Orders are subject to availability — if something you’ve ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know and put it right. If there’s an obvious pricing mistake or we can’t deliver to your address, we may have to cancel your order — you’ll get a full refund and an email explaining why.

Payment

Pay online — UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see your card or banking details.

Shipping and returns

How we ship, what it costs and how returns work all live on one page — shipping & returns. The short version: we ship across India, and you have 30 days to return an unopened pouch.

Your account

An account is optional — you can order without one. If you do create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and make sure the information you give us is accurate, so your orders reach the right place.

Using this site

The words, photography and design on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to share them — please don’t pass them off as your own or use them to sell something else.

Plant Based Concept™, the Plant Based Concept logo and our pack designs are trademarks of Plantonova Foods Pvt Ltd. Using them to sell, list or promote products that aren’t ours isn’t allowed — if you see that happening anywhere, we’d genuinely like to know: support@plantbasedconcept.com.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll fix it — replace it, refund it, make it right. Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Complaints and grievances

If something’s gone wrong and we haven’t put it right, escalate it — email support@plantbasedconcept.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within a month, as India’s consumer-protection rules require.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra. If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
