Shipping & returns

Shipping
We ship across India by tracked courier, to most PIN codes. Orders over ₹999 ship free. Below that, standard rates apply — you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
And because these are foods: every pouch we send has plenty of shelf life ahead of it — we never ship anything close to its best-before date.
Payment
Pay online — UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets — or choose cash on delivery. Checkout will tell you if cash on delivery isn’t available for your PIN code.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. If your pouch is unopened, email us at support@plantbasedconcept.com with your order number and we’ll sort out the return — no fuss. Because these are foods, we can’t take back a pouch once it’s been opened.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we’ll refund you to the payment method you used — it usually shows up within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you paid cash on delivery, we’ll arrange the refund with you over email — a simple bank or UPI transfer.
Damaged, missing or wrong item
Our mistake, our cost. If something arrives damaged, tampered with — a broken seal counts — or isn’t what you ordered, don’t use it. Email us a photo of what turned up and we’ll put it right — a replacement or a refund, your call. No need to send anything back until we say so.
